📦 No Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All purchases made on our website are final.


🔄 Exchange Policy (3 Days Only)

We offer a 3-day exchange policy, which means you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Tags and invoice must be intact
  • You must provide proof of unboxing, along with clear evidence of:
    • Damage
    • Missing item(s)
    • Wrong product received

  • Unboxing video/images showing the issue

⚠️ Requests without proper proof or after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or preference issues
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

📦 Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days with proper proof so we can review and assist you.
